Valentine's Day 2025 Delivery Policy
Guaranteed Delivery for International Deliveries - Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Valentine’s Day orders that are placed prior to 10am on Tuesday 11th February 2025. Interflora Australia will make every effort to deliver international orders placed after the guaranteed cut off time of 10am on Tuesday 11th February 2025, however, depending on the delivery location, delivery may not occur until on or after Saturday 15th February at the florist's discretion. A local phone number for the Recipient is mandatory for all international deliveries.
Regional and Rural Deliveries - Should you place your order for delivery on Valentine’s Day Friday14th February 2025 to a remote or regional area, Interflora Australia will have your delivery made with the last available service to this area, either Monday 10th, Tuesday 11th, Wednesday 12th, or Thursday13th February to ensure that your gift is delivered prior to Valentine’s Day.
Specific Timed Deliveries - Due to the large volume of deliveries, Interflora Australia is unable to guarantee specific timed deliveries on Valentine’s Day Friday 14th February 2025. Requests for specific delivery times will be noted and every attempt will be made to meet these requests however we are unable to guarantee these requests.
Order Cancellations - As of 12pm (local time) on Wednesday 12th February 2025, Interflora Australia is unable to accept cancellations to orders for delivery on Valentine’s Day, Friday 14th February 2025.
Contactless Delivery - Due to the large order volume on Valentine’s Day, your order may be left at the front door (or equivalent) of the recipient's delivery address. Your Special Instructions (if any) are noted, but may not be able to be complied with during this period.
Order Alterations - As of 12pm (local time) on Wednesday 12th February 2025, Interflora Australia is unable to alter or make changes to orders for delivery on Valentine’s Day, Friday 14th February 2025. This includes changes to delivery addresses, changes to card messages, changes to the originally requested product and changes to the recipient’s name.
Delivery Details - Accurate delivery details assist our Florists and couriers to have your order delivered for Valentine’s Day. Please check through the ‘Order Confirmation’ page before payment to ensure that the name and address details entered your order are complete and correct. Should incorrect details be provided, Interflora will not be held responsible for any complaint or enquiry associated with your order.
