A $15 delivery fee (minimum) will be added to your order. This may increase depending on the delivery area you choose.
The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price (if selected) indicates an increase in size and/or flower or gourmet food or container value.
National flower supply continues to challenge our florists. It may be necessary to substitute some of the flowers, or containers in your order using a mix of our freshest in-store seasonal blooms. However, we will always do our best to create a lovely product as close as possible to what you ordered.In some cases, some flowers may be delivered in bud to provide longer enjoyment.
Interflora guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every Interflora order. Each Interflora arrangement and hamper delivered by its members is created by a professional Interflora florist.
Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.
Deliveries are made to Residential and Business addresses. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to the Interflora florist who delivered the order.
Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.

Requests for cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. These requests must be made within business hours Monday to Friday. Interflora will make every effort to honour these requests, however does not guarantee these requests can be made.

Flower Deliveries - Within Australia
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Christmas Floral orders, for delivery within Australia, that are placed prior to 10.00am on Monday 23rd December 2024 at the local time of the delivery location.
Deliveries to some remote or regional areas are not covered by this guarantee. Please contact the Interflora Australia Customer Support Centre on 1800 808 500 for information regarding deliveries to remote or regional areas.
Regional and Rural Deliveries
Courier services in some locations within Australia will cease operating on Friday 20th December 2024. Should you place your order for delivery on Saturday 21st December to an area where courier services will cease prior to this date, if possible, Interflora Australia will have your delivery made with the last available service to ensure that your gift is delivered prior to Christmas Day.
Gourmet Hamper Deliveries - Within Australia
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Christmas hamper orders, for delivery within Australia, that are placed prior to 12pm on Friday 20th December at the local time of the delivery location.
Deliveries to some remote or regional areas are not covered by this guarantee. Please contact the Interflora Australia Customer Support Centre on 1800 808 500 for information regarding deliveries to remote or regional areas.
Luxury Hamper Deliveries - Within Australia
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Luxury hamper orders, for delivery within Australia, that are placed prior to 5pm on Tuesday 17th December.
Flower Deliveries – International
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Christmas floral orders destined for overseas countries, that are placed prior to 11.59pm on Thursday 19th December.

To ensure that your gift is delivered prior to Christmas, please place your order no later than 12:00pm Thursday 19th December.
Christmas deliveries of hampers to the Europe and USA
To ensure that your gift is delivered prior to Christmas, please place your order no later than 11.59pm Wednesday 11h December.
Cut Off Times
Interflora make every effort to deliver orders placed after the guaranteed cut-off times stated above, however, depending on the delivery location, delivery may not occur until on or after Friday 27th December at the florist's discretion.
Substitution Policy
Due to supply issues at this busy time, it may be necessary to substitute some or all of the products shown on interflora.com.au. All substitutions will be made with appropriate products, to the same value, or greater value, than the original order.
Order Cancellations
As of 11.59pm (AEDT) on Friday 20th December, Interflora Australia is unable to accept cancellations to orders for Christmas deliveries.
For International Hamper orders, you must advise of cancellation no later than 24 hours after placement, as it will be dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not available.
Interflora x Minimax XMAS Competition 2024
1. The Promoter of the Interflora ‘2024 Christmas Competition’ is Interflora Australian Unit Limited 4-12 St Edmonds Road, Prahran Victoria 3181, partnering with Minimax Australia
2. Participating in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Eligibility
4. The Promotion is open to Australian residents where the delivery address is within Australia.
5. No purchase is required to enter. Entry
6. The Promotion commences on Monday, December 16 2024 at 12am AEDT and closes on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 11:59pm AEDT.
7. To enter the Promotion, entrants must:
A. Follow @interflora_au and @minimax_aus on Instagram and Facebook, and tag a friend you’d share the Christmas prize with in the comments;
8. Entries in any other form are not permitted.
9. Entrants are permitted to enter once only.
10. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
11. Entries must be submitted in the English language only.
12. Once submitted, entries may not be altered or deleted.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to alter at its absolute discretion the Promotional Period.
Entry content
14. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify:
a. Any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process;
b. Any entries that the Promoter considers manipulative, unrepresentative or disproportionate;
c. Any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the entry process.
15. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
16. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid. Determining and notifying the winners
17. There will be one prize winner.
18. The winner of the Promotion will be selected on Friday, December 20 and the winners will be notified via DM on Facebook or Instagram.
19. One winner will be chosen at random from either the Facebook or Instagram post.
20. The decision of The Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results and the awarding of the prize.
21. Entrants consent to have their names and entries posted to the Interflora Australia Facebook and Instagram pages if they win.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to decide whether or not to publish entrants’ names and entries to the Interflora Australia Facebook page.
23. Once notified, the winner agrees to respond in a timely manner with address and delivery details.
24. If the winner has not responded by 12pm AEST Monday, December 23 2024, they will forfeit the prize and a runner up will be chosen. If the runner up has not responded by 12pm Tuesday, December 24, 2024, the runner up winner forfeits their prize.
Prizes and claiming prizes
25. There is one prize to be won. The prize is: 2 x $250 Minimax E-Vouchers and 2 Interflora bouquets go to the winner and their chosen friend/family member.
26. The arrangement will be chosen by Interflora based on availability of goods in the entrant’s and recipient’s location.
27. After the Promoters have sent the prizes, the Promoter is not responsible for prizes that have been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
28. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable.
29. The Promoter will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
30. All terms in Interflora's standard Delivery Policy apply. Delivery is subject to local conditions and is not guaranteed to restricted delivery areas. Delivery is not guaranteed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
General
31. Employees and Directors of Interflora Australia or agencies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following:
a. Spouse
b. Ex-spouse
c. De-facto spouse
d. Child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption)
e. Parent
f. Step-parent
g. Grandparent
h. Step-grandparent
i. Uncle
j. Aunt
k. Niece
l. Nephew
m. Brother
n. Sister
o. Sister-in-law
p. Brother-in-law
q. Parent-in-law
r. Step-sister

32. The Promoter’s decision concerning any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
33. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if:
a. For any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned;
b. If the promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion is affected;
c. If the determination of the winners or delivery of the prize is prevented or hindered by any event outside Interflora Australia’s control subject to approval by relevant state regulatory authorities.
34. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect results of the entrants participation in the promotion.
35. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
a. The Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate, award prizes;
b. The Promoter may use this information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services;
c. The Promoter may also use this information to contact entrants who have opted to subscribe to receive newsletters from the Promoter.
36. This contest is not endorsed by Instagram or Facebook.
Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.
As a result of both Government instructions and our Florists' personal safety requirements, your order may be left in a secure location at the front door (or equivalent) of the recipient's delivery address. Your Special Instructions (if any) are noted, but may not be able to be complied with.
Where a secure location cannot be identified, our couriers will leave a “not at home” card in the letterbox of the delivery address advising your recipient to contact the delivering Interflora florist and the item will be returned to that florist.
While special characters can be used ie Emoji's, Interflora does not guarantee these will be placed on the card message itself. Interflora has a vast network of local florists. Some of these have printing capabilities for card messages, others do not and hand write card messages.
