A $15 delivery fee (minimum) will be added to your order. This may increase depending on the delivery area you choose.
The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price (if selected) indicates an increase in size and/or flower or gourmet food or container value.
National flower supply continues to challenge our florists. It may be necessary to substitute some of the flowers, or containers in your order using a mix of our freshest in-store seasonal blooms. However, we will always do our best to create a lovely product as close as possible to what you ordered.In some cases, some flowers may be delivered in bud to provide longer enjoyment.
Interflora guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every Interflora order. Each Interflora arrangement and hamper delivered by its members is created by a professional Interflora florist.
Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.
Deliveries are made to Residential and Business addresses. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to the Interflora florist who delivered the order.
Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.

Requests for cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. These requests must be made within business hours Monday to Friday. Interflora will make every effort to honour these requests, however does not guarantee these requests can be made.
Easter - Delivery Policy 2025
Guaranteed Delivery
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Easter orders that are placed prior to 10:00am (local time) on Thursday 17th April, 2025.
Interflora Australia will make every effort to deliver orders placed after the guaranteed cut-off time, however, in some cases, delivery may not occur until Tuesday 22nd April or Wednesday 23rd April, 2025.
Deliveries on the actual day of Easter Sunday (April 20) are not guaranteed. Easter Sunday orders are expected to be delivered on Saturday 19th April due to the number of floral deliveries our florists must make. Regional delivery areas may be delivered earlier, in time for Easter Sunday.
Substitutions
Interflora Australia reserves the right to make substitutions to the requested arrangement style in order to ensure that your order is delivered. All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same value or greater value than the original order.
Order Cancellations
As of 11.59pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 16th April, 2025. Interflora Australia is unable to accept cancellations of Easter orders.
Order Alterations
As of 10:00am, Thursday 17th April, 2025, Interflora Australia is unable to effect variations to orders for delivery for Easter orders. These variations include changes to delivery addresses, changes to card messages, changes to the originally requested product and changes to the recipient’s name.
Delivery Details
Accurate delivery details assist our florists and couriers to have your order delivered in time for Easter. Please check your order confirmation email to ensure that the name and address details entered into your order are complete and correct.
Specific Timed Deliveries
Interflora Australia is unable to guarantee specific timed deliveries over the Easter weekend. Requests for specific delivery times will be noted and every attempt will be made to meet these requests however we are unable to guarantee these requests.
Mother’s Day Delivery Policy
Guaranteed Delivery
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Mother’s Day orders that are placed prior to 10am (local time) on Saturday 10th May 2025.
Interflora Australia will make every effort to deliver orders placed after this guaranteed cut-off time, however, in some cases, delivery may not occur until Monday 12th or Tuesday 13th May 2025.
Please note that deliveries to some remote or regional areas are not covered by this guarantee. Due to the availability of couriers in remote or regional areas, deliveries may be made on Thursday 8th, Friday 9th, or Saturday 10th May 2025.
Please contact the Interflora Australia Customer Support Centre on 1800 808 500 for information regarding deliveries to remote or regional areas.
For deliveries to retirement villages or similar, which in many cases are secure locations, deliveries may be made on Friday 9th May 2025.
Substitutions
Due to floral supply demand over this period, it may be necessary to substitute some or all of the flowers or hampers shown on interflora.com.au. All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same value or greater value than the original order.
International Orders
Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of International Mother's Day floral orders that are placed prior to 5pm (local time) on Thursday 8th May 2025.

Drop and Collect
Due to the large volume of orders being delivered, your order may be left at the front door (or equivalent) of the recipient's delivery address. Your Special Instructions (if any) are noted but may not be able to be complied with during this period.

Deliveries on both Saturday 10th May and Mother’s Day, Sunday 11th May 2025, will occur between approximately 9.00am and 6.00pm.

Entries close on Saturday April 19. Winner will receive an order each month to their home, equalling to 12 bouquets valued at $94 + including delivery. Total prize value is $1296.
Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.
While special characters can be used ie Emoji's, Interflora does not guarantee these will be placed on the card message itself. Interflora has a vast network of local florists. Some of these have printing capabilities for card messages, others do not and hand write card messages.
As a result of both Government instructions and our Florists' personal safety requirements, your order may be left in a secure location at the front door (or equivalent) of the recipient's delivery address. Your Special Instructions (if any) are noted, but may not be able to be complied with.
Where a secure location cannot be identified, our couriers will leave a “not at home” card in the letterbox of the delivery address advising your recipient to contact the delivering Interflora florist and the item will be returned to that florist.
