Guaranteed Delivery: Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of Mother’s Day orders that are placed prior to 12pm (local time) on Saturday 10th May 2025.

Interflora Australia will make every effort to deliver orders placed after this guaranteed cut-off time, however, in some cases, delivery may not occur until Monday 12th or Tuesday 13th May 2025.

Please note that deliveries to some remote or regional areas are not covered by this guarantee. Due to the availability of couriers in remote or regional areas, deliveries may be made on Thursday 8th, Friday 9th, or Saturday
10th May 2025.

Please contact the Interflora Australia Customer Support Centre on 1800 808 500 for information regarding deliveries to remote or regional areas.

For deliveries to retirement villages or similar, which in many cases are secure locations, deliveries may be made on Friday 9th May 2025.

Substitutions: Due to floral supply demand over this period, it may be necessary to substitute some or all of the flowers or hampers shown on Interflora. All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same value or greater value than the original order.

International Orders: Interflora Australia guarantees delivery of International Mother's Day floral orders that are placed prior to 5pm (local time) on Thursday 8th May 2025.

Order Alterations: As of 12pm (AEST) on Friday 9th May 2025, Interflora Australia is unable to affect variations to orders for delivery on Saturday 10th May and Mother’s Day Sunday 11th May 2025. These variations include
changes to delivery addresses, changes to card messages, changes to the originally requested product and changes to the recipient’s name.

Order Cancellations: As of 12pm (AEST) on Friday 9th May 2025, Interflora Australia is unable to accept cancellations to orders for delivery on Saturday 10th May and Mother’s Day Sunday 11th May 2025.

Drop and Collect: Due to the large volume of orders being delivered, your order may be left at the front door (or equivalent) of the recipient's delivery address. Your Special Instructions (if any) are noted but may not be able to be complied with during this period.

Delivery Details: Accurate delivery details assist our Florists and couriers to have your order delivered for Mother’s Day. Please check through the ‘Order Confirmation’ page before payment to ensure that the name
and address details entered into your order are complete and correct.
