Caring for Your Flowers

Proper care of flowers can significantly extend their life. Trim 2cm off stems at an angle, place them in room temperature water, and remove submerged leaves. Refresh water and recut stems every 2-3 days. Use flower preservative if provided for best results.

Delivery Fee: Delivery costs are subject to the delivery location. Enter the address during the ordering process.
Public Holidays: Deliveries are not available on public holidays.

Tracking: You’ll receive an update once your order has been . successfully delivered.

Same day delivery within Australia from Monday to Friday is possible provided that the order is placed before 2pm in the recipient's time zone.

Delivery is usually available within 24 hours, but occasionally may be longer, depending on time zones and local conditions. Some areas in some countries (including Australia) are classified as restricted delivery areas.

Deliveries to these locations may take up to 48 hours.If your delivery is urgent please call the Interflora Flowerline on 1800 808 500 (available in Australia only) for up-to-the-minute advice on delivery availability.

Interflora guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every Interflora relay order. Each Interflora arrangement delivered by its members is created by a professional Interflora florist.

Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to the Interflora florist who delivered the order.

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

In situations where a recipient is not at home to accept your gift, our couriers will leave the item in a secure location if available at the delivery address.

Where a secure location cannot be identified, our couriers will leave a “not at home” card in the letterbox of the delivery address advising your recipient to contact the delivering Interflora florist and the item will be returned to that florist.

National flower supply continues to challenge our florists. It may be necessary to substitute some of the flowers, or containers in your order using a mix of our freshest in-store seasonal blooms. However, we will always do our best to create a lovely product as close as possible to what you ordered.In some cases, some flowers may be delivered in bud to provide longer enjoyment.

Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.
